We carry quality school and preschool furniture that is shipped to you directly from the manufacturer! All items usually ship out from the manufacturer within two weeks, and require another 5 to 7 days for delivery. Shipping delays can occur during our busiest months - July & August - and can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks for delivery, depending on the shipment.

Because bulk and weight of each product varies, shipping charges for all furniture will be quoted at the time of purchase.

All return orders require a return goods authorization number. To acquire that number, please call us at (951)659-8320.

Merchandise must be returned directly to the manufacturer, and there is a 30% restocking charge for all merchandise returned. Customer pays freight charge for return shipping. The manufacture’s address can be obtained at the time of acquiring the return goods authorization number by calling the number above.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND PUERTO RICO:

We are a national retailer only and do not ship to areas outside the continental U.S. or to Puerto Rico.

*FLAGSHIP WARRANTS THAT IF THIS CAPRET IS PROPERLY INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED AND THE SURFACE PILE IN ANY AREA ABRASIVELY WEARS MORE THAN 20% WITHIN TEN YEARS, IT WILL BE REPLACED AT FLAGSHIP’S EXPENSE (AN INDEPENDENT TESTING SERVICE WILL DETERMINE WEAR). THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER TEARS, BURNS, PULLS, CUTS, OR DAMAGE DUE TO IMPROPER CLEANING AGENTS OR METHODS, NOR DOES IT COVER CARPET INSTALLED ON STAIRS OR OUTSIDE AREAS.
